About your team

The Project Execution Team is responsible to bring the future right to the road. Be it making the autonomous driving goals become reality or refining existing operations for customer experience and operational efficiency. We truly strive for excellence and love sharing our learnings with each other.  

What you will do

  • Coordinate the development and validation of a passenger management platform for our autonomous mobility services. Help us shape the future of mobility - Your contributions make a huge and lasting impact! 
  • Drive the functional development of our customer journey in an autonomous world, be it passenger authentication, cabin surveillance, or deboarding
  • Act actively within game-changing vehicle projects of VW 
  • Ensure the efficient collaboration between teams and partners working within different working models (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, waterfall)
  • Dig into technical details with software development, hardware and vehicle to collaborate directly with the teams involved
  • Set up project structures, ensure planning, reporting, risk & escalation management 
  • Building networks: You inspire people. You are a beacon in many-faceted situations. You manage and bring people together

What will help you to fulfill your role

The right person will be comfortable in an “all hands on deck” environment, loves solving problems, is excited to work with high-performance teams, and can thrive in a startup culture. 

  • Experience working in hybrid project contexts (agile & classic) 
  • You have experience in automotive projects, vehicle development, or autonomous driving 
  • Ability to collaborate and integrate stakeholders and serve as the first point of contact for our projects 
  • You enjoy deep dives into technicalities of soft- and hardware to understand contexts and derive ways forward 
  • A good understanding of agile & hardware-dependent software development 
  • Make hard things simple: Use direct communication to make the complex world of projects a joy  
  • Be a coordinator: Bring people together for joint decision-making and guide them to efficient execution while handling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
  • You offer structures and processes to secure an efficient working environment and balance out changes in an ever-changing project environment with tight deadlines
  • Fluent communication in English, German a plus
