About your team

We are (almost) 100% Mac, using Jamf for MDM, Okta for identity management and Microsoft 365 to collaborate. We run everything in the cloud and don’t house any servers on‐premise, and we use SSO for all services wherever possible. This IT infrastructure provides a solid foundation for growth. As an IT Support Engineer, you will join the Digital Workplace team, which is responsible for connecting the workforce through digital technologies and the best-in-breed workplace solutions. 

What you will do

  • Managing inbound support requests via different channels (e.g.Jira, Slack and email)
  • Working on SaaS solutions like Okta, Microsoft 365, Slack, Atlassian
  • Agile Workstation deployment, management and maintenance using tools (e.g.Jamf Pro, Airwatch, DEP, MDM)
  • Supporting all current and changing aspects of our IT environment (including macOS/iOS devices, audio/visual equipment, networking equipment)
  • Documenting system configuration and troubleshooting any reported problems
  • Onboarding/offboarding and IT Training of new employees
  • Preparing hardware for deployment, which includes validation, and shipping and receiving logistics Help to ensure the stability and security of devices and accounts Create, define, and redesign IT processes and policies to ensure sustainability and scalability as our company grows 

What will help you to fulfill your role

  • Experience in managing remotely deployed devices  
  • Solid experience in hands-on IT Support/helpdesk in a modern enterprise environment and Mac systems administration  
  • Experience in supporting and administering Microsoft/Office 365, Okta or similar services  
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast- paced complex environment and self-manage competing priorities 
  • Desire to provide exceptional customer service and satisfaction 
  • Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills to work across diverse stakeholders and cross-functional teams
