About your team

Our Business Analytics team is passionate about leveraging data to create knowledge for opportunity identification and decision-making within MOIA. Our team members focus on different business domain along our value generation chain, such as Sales, Pooling, and Operations. As a member of Business Analytics, you will be part of the Product Office and drive the use of data in our product design & management approach. 

What you will do

  • Analyze our data to identify patterns, discover opportunities, and evaluate the impact of changes in our product
  • Define KPIs and develop dashboards for monitoring
  • Develop analytical questions, design experiments
  • Set requirements for the datasets you need to run your analyses
  • Explain findings and implications of your analyses to diverse stakeholders
  • Consult decision-making in product development 

What will help you to fulfill your role

The right person feels comfortable in a fast-paced “all hands-on deck” environment, loves solving problems and thrives in a startup culture. 

  • A degree in a quantitative scientific discipline and/or work experience as a data scientist or analyst in a commercial environment. 
  • A business mindset and willingness to take over ownership of analytical topics. Consulting experience is a plus. 
  • Good knowledge of Python, R, or similar. Knowledge of business intelligence tools like Tableau is a plus. 
  • Proficiency with hypothesis testing and data visualization. 
  • Effective communications skills to deal with different stakeholders and generate impact with your findings. 
  • Fluent English is essential.
