We want to hire a CRM Manager who is passionate about future mobility and customer
communication and who drives our shuttle business to success.


MOIA is an innovative mobility company that will change people’s lives by re-imagining urban mobility. MOIA will create services that enable more people to move more freely and securely, ultimately making cities better places to live. We will free up the movement of people and goods within cities whilst making mobility accessible to everyone. That means we will:

What you will do

  • Management of an excellent customer dialogue across all direct channels for our forthcoming shuttle service in Hamburg
  • Identification and definition of focus customers, their demands and the optimal selling story
  • Development of mobile and e-mail campaigns for customer acquisition, loyalty and usage
  • Development, prototyping and support of telesales outbound campaigns
  • Implementation of a lifecycle automation program
  • Selection and implementation of tools (CRM, campaigning)
  • Driving and supportive interface to our marketing agencies, co-operations and partners

What we expect

  • Passion: Be passionate about dialogue marketing, sales and customer acquisition within the thrilling field of mobility
  • Visionary & Pragmatist: You think big, develop strategies and concepts but you are willing and able to provide them hands-on with content
  • Friendly, but tough: People enjoy working with you because you communicate well and evoke optimism, even when you’re delivering difficult news
  • Customer expert: You have a deep understanding of different customer types, their demands and how to sell them even complex solutions
  • At least five years working experience at a high management level
  • Fluent communication in English and German
  • Ability to work in an ever-changing and technology focussed environment with tight deadlines
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in stressful situations
