About your team

As the Marketing & Sales Team at MOIA we are passionate about bringing ideas to life, telling engaging stories and creating innovative and data-driven campaigns for our customers in order to realise our growth ambitions. We are a diversely skilled and dynamic team of marketing, brand, communication and sales managers as well as marketing analysts, whose mission it is to develop engaging marketing programs for our innovative and ever evolving mobility service.

What you will do

  • Data-driven evaluation of online marketing and CRM activities and derivation of recommendations for action for corresponding business activities within our team (e.g. based on customer behaviour and tracking data).
  • You are responsible for the creation and further development of automated reports as well as manual in-depth reports, thus enabling data-driven decision-making processes.
  • You support the development of control methods and tools in performance marketing and CRM.
  • You prepare results based on analytical reports in a meaningful way.
  • You work closely with our product development and business analyst teams and bring in requirements for infrastructure and data collection from an operational business perspective.
  • You take responsibility for the further development of data models in relation to online and CRM marketing channels.

What will help you to fulfill your role

  • You are experienced in working with behavioral data, preferably from professional experience in marketing analytics or in a scientific position, e.g. in marketing or consumer research.
  • You have practical knowledge in data processing and visualizing large amounts of data using e.g., Python or R.
  • You are experienced in designing and analyzing A/B tests and familiar with predictive modeling.
  • Preferably, you are familiar with performance marketing and mobile/app marketing (e.g. online channel attribution models, CRM-based analysis of customer segments) and already worked with online or mobile marketing tools
  • Knowledge of the following tools is advantageous: Tableau, Adjust, Emarsys, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, funnel.io
  • You preferably have a degree in statistics, informatics, mathematics, psychology or a subject with similar analytical focus.
  • You have a very good command of written and spoken English.
  • Team spirit, initiative as well as a structured and independent way of working characterize your way of working and round off your profile.
